The Karnataka Examination Authority commenced the Karnataka DCET 2023 counselling process for qualified candidates on November 20, 2023. During the counselling process, the candidates will have to register and fill in their preferred college and course options. Candidates should fill in the maximum choices to increase their chances of admission. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preference and availability of seats. Confirmation of admission has to be done by document verification and payment of tuition fees at the allotted institute.
Karnataka DCET choice filling 2023 was conducted from November 21 to 23, 2023. All the candidates whose certificates are verified are eligible to participate in the Karnataka DCET 2023 choice filling. Option entry is an important process in the DCET counselling, as the seat allotment result will be processed based on options filled by the candidates and merit. KEA gives a chance to modify or edit the options after the mock allotment. After the mock allotment, the candidates will be allowed to modify options as per the specified dates. It is advisable to modify options only if required.
Based on the merit list and options locked by the candidates, the authorities released the Karnataka DCET 2023 seat allotment for Round 1 on November 25, 2023. Candidates who will be satisfied with their seats will have to report to the allotted college and pay the fee within the given period while those who are not satisfied with their seats will have to wait for the next round of counselling.
Karnataka Examination Authority released the Karnataka DCET result 2023 on its official website on October 30, 2023. The subject-wise scores, overall marks, ranks and other information were present in the Karnataka DCET 2023 result. Candidates were able to check their scorecards in online mode by logging in to the result portal. The authority did not send any physical copy of the Karnataka DCET 2023 scorecard individually to any candidates. Based on the performance of the candidates in the DCET 2023 exam, counselling for admission is being conducted.
The answer key of Karnataka DCET 2023 was released online on September 12, 2023, in PDF format on the official website. With the help of the Karnataka DCET Answer Key 2023, the candidates could calculate their expected score in the Karnataka DCET 2023 exam. Initially, the provisional answer key of Karnataka DCET 2023 was released. Candidates could challenge any discrepancies in the provisional answer key within the stipulated period.
