ACMS provides internship opportunities to all its students through its placement cell. The college facilitates a mandatory 12-month internship at the Military Base Hospital, Delhi Cantonment. As per the ACMS Placement report 2025, students receive a stipend of INR 25,000 per month during the internship.

The college has a placement program for the students but it's not something that you can get very easily for you to get the placements from the college you have to study hard for it and the college has many companies for the placements program for the students which can lead to a good future.
