To pursue a B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) degree at Assam University Silchar, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria. They should have completed their 10+2 education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects from a recognized board. Additionally, candidates must have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 50% in their qualifying exams. For reserved categories, a relaxation of 5% is provided.
