Overall: BFIT Dehradun has a beautiful campus well-equipped with amenities. The BFIT Dehradun campus is well-decorated and eco-friendly. Students love to spend time on campus. The infrastructure of this institute is modern and advanced

Placement: Almost 70 percent of students were placed in our course as per the college. Top recruiting companies are Britannia, Aanchal Dairy, etc. Almost 70 percent of students got internships in different food industries

Infrastructure: There are around 88 labs in our college. We perform different practicals. Teachers of our department are very polite and helpful! We do have a library which contains all the books we need for our studies so there is no need to buy any books!

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They help us in every condition. All teachers are qualified and have a lot of knowledge. They provide high-quality notes. most of the teachers are Ph.D. qualified, and some are master's qualified

Hostel: The hostel facilities are very good initially but now they are not giving full focus on complaints, but they try their best to resolve our problems. Mess food is average in taste.

Overall: Campus Life The BFIT Dehradun campus is spacious and equipped with multiple facilities. The moment you step into the campus, you are made to feel at home. One of the main highlights of the BFIT campus is its “Writing Centre”. It is a specially designed seminar programme that is held in the seminar hall from time to time. It aims to enhance the academic skills of students. It focuses on research, writing, and analytical skills and expert opinions are discussed in the seminars. The sports facilities in the institute are extremely developed. Apart from sports grounds for basketball, football, tennis, etc., there is an “Athlete Support and Information Service” as well. It helps students to know the process and factors of registering for national-level sports tournaments. One thing that I like the best about our campus life is the counselling service. The institute understands that students like us can face many mental and emotional issues and tries its best to support us. The counsellors provide support to all students in a personalised and confidential manner. Academics BFIT offers more than 85 courses across graduate and postgraduate levels. Some of the popular courses are BBA, B.Sc, M.Sc, BA LLB, etc. The academic curriculum is divided into a semester format. The university follows a Semester System which is in accordance with the global teaching standards. The institute is, however, very particular about the attendance criteria. Students must have 100% attendance in all semester courses. However, there is a relaxation of 25% in unavoidable cases. There is great interaction between the faculty and students. The teachers help students clarify their queries from time to time. Our academic performance is evaluated from time to time through multiple assessments. Some of the common assessments we have to attempt are class tests, case discussions, presentations, vivas, quizzes, home assignments, semester exams, and terminal exams. Apart from the theoretical aspects, our skill enhancement is also taken care of. Placements Students at BFIT are extremely satisfied with their placements each year. There is a dedicated Training and Placement cell that works on all placement activities. Students are groomed throughout their programmes to make them industry-ready. In the final year, the placement cell pays special attention to the training of the students. Group discussions, mock interviews, career counselling, and many more activities are conducted. Additionally, communication, personality grooming, aptitude, and logical reasoning are also polished. We have a special placement advisory team that comprises some of our most experienced teachers. The training and placement cell coordinates with the Head of Departments of the college to make placements smooth. My seniors were very satisfied with the entire placement process. Many famous companies visit the campus for placements. Some of the common ones are Wipro, Flipkart, Ranbaxy, Genesys, etc. The highest placement offer was around Rs 18 lakh per annum. Not just this, the Fortune 500 companies and more than 500 MNCs are also affiliated with BFIT institute for placements. The institution provides other different kinds of facilities to its students, including high-tech laboratories, a digital library, a sports complex, a gym etc. Medical services are available on campus if necessary. The campus is fully ragging-free. Multiple sports grounds & coaching facilities are available at this university. Students and faculty members of this university both follow the dress code. In this college, students don’t face any kind of discrimination issues. BFIT Dehradun follows an advanced curriculum. The syllabus for each course is updated when needed. Overall: Studying at BFIT has been a memorable experience of mine. Being a student of BBA I had to attend classes regularly. The overall experience at BFIT Dehradun was great to say. The college is strict on the matter of attendance. You have to pay fines if you don't have 75% attendance. The learning environment is recommendable for almost all the courses taught here. The campus life had been enjoyable for me and my friends. I must say that BFIT is a college that focuses on the holistic development of its students. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced thereby making your learning enriching. The college offers career guidance through a career counseling cell. The placement opportunities are also good at BFIT.

Placement: BFIT has a training and placement cell. What I noticed is that this cell is quite focused in developing communication skills in students. It grooms students for good placement opportunities. The cell has good connections with reputed companies. Students get good placement offers from the campus. Students also get a chance to meet alumni. Being a BBA student I needed to learn personality development skills and grooming. All these I learned from my college. The sessions presenting HR talks and CEO meetings helped us a lot.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure at BFIT Dehradun is quite attractive. The academic building is equipped with all kinds of modern amenities. Wifi facility is available for everyone. The classrooms are well built. The college has a fitness hub where students can use the gym and exercise regularly. There is advanced equipment for physical fitness. The college has hostel facility for students. The hostel rooms offer basic amenities to students. Students can choose hostel rooms according to their convenience. The students can use the mess facility. Students have medical facilities in our college.

Faculty: BFIT has excellent faculty for management courses. I have heard that the faculty members of other departments are also equally good. Faculty members are quite friendly and help students with notes and references.

Hostel: I opted for a hostel from the beginning. My experience at the hostel is good. BFIT charges low for the residential facilities. There are all kinds of amenities available for students. Students can choose rooms according to their convenience. The security and safety in the hostel is strictly surveilled.

Overall: Studying at BFIT has been a good experience. The campus is large with different buildings for different departments. The college has a spacious library and labs for all departments. The best part is that it has a lab for Food Technology where we had our hands-on experience. The teachers are very helpful and experienced. The college has a canteen that provides good food and it has a hostel facility for both boys and girls. The college also provides scholarships to Uttrakhand's native students which is really helpful to students. Overall, the course fees was affordable and studying at BFIT was value for money.

Placement: Placement in BFIT is good. Most of the students get placed if they work hard. Whereas it varies according to the departments. All the students of my department in 2021 got the chance to sit in the placement drive. The college has a placement cell that regularly updates regarding companies for internships and placements.

Infrastructure: The college has a large and open campus with facilities like a library, hostel, labs and sporting facilities. The college has a canteen and a fitness hub. BFIT also have an e-library which is very helpful. There are separate buildings for different departments and all classes are clean and spacious. The college organizes different fests and club activities throughout the year.

Faculty: The faculty of BFIT is very learned, experienced and helpful. All the teachers in my department (M.Sc in Food Technology) were mostly PhD with good teaching experience. They provide regular lectures and constant help to students.

Hostel: BFIT has a hostel facility for both boys and girls. Being a native, I did not opt for the hostel but my friends did, So, I visited there many times. The hostel is good with clean rooms and basic facilities.

Overall: Course is good, first semester is boring because i was excited to get in action of some practical knowledge like behind the studio scene, photography and more. But alas! i had to study boring stuff (Which i am not interested in) like constitution. For Exams we have to take internal and external exams along with practicals. Coming semester i'm looking forward to study, photography, production and global studies in media.

Placement: Placement in my college is good. Many of my seniors are now working as content writer and news anchor in Nepal 1 Channel and Dainik Jagran and some as a reporter in Hindustan newspaper. Many of them are now working own and Some has open their photography firm.

Infrastructure: The wifi connection is adequate to all system. And if any problem arise than from IT department they come instant to retrieve. Many Good restaurants are nearby. Canteen area is the core of any college, but in BFIT it is more, food is good, everyday new variety to eat. And canteen has both Veg and Non-veg options. Many drink variety is also available. For sports BFIT take extra care, because sports teacher has an agenda that every year, more student should get selected for university or national.

Faculty: Faculty member are good, they teach well. Even though the constitution subject is boring, but our teacher taught us using some pictures, movies to make us understand. sometimes, within class he took debate competition, so that the subject get interested to study and learn. Sonakshi ma'am is my favourite she teach us with enthusiasm and class vibe turn out jolly.

Hostel: Hostel is good, they are very strict about in and out timing, otherwise room is great. No problem as such. Campus is located in serene area. Canteen food is nice, of course it can not be similar to our home, but it is not worse. Diet schedule are already decided and planned and warden is nice. Laundry services are easily available. Washroom are cleaned everyday, within campus medical facility is also there. If you want chef to make according to your taste they make it, but if we request them in heavy hours.

Overall: You will see well planned and maintained course structure, infrastructure, teachers and extra curriculum activities. Labs are well kept, and teachers are strict about course planned and they follow it throughly. And many guest seminars are conducted regarding our enhancement and market knowledge.

Placement: Placement is good, students has to apply for the placement share the details. Companies like Godrej, Dabur, and small companies. And faculty members make sure that we have enough, practical knowledge along with our research paper published. Many seniors has shared all the details regarding recruitment and companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of building, course and exam question paper are well formed and evaluation paper come from university directly, and answer sheets are checked by university as well. Whereas, course structure is well maintained and planned. Practicals and theory are well planned. It is good course, I love pursuing it. There were few topics I was confuse about my course in few topics initially, but teachers taught me well, they in fact in free time teach us all.

Faculty: Faculty of BFIT are well educated and the experience they have is very good. Faculty in my department is very supportive, we’re lucky to have them. It is my last semester i am going to miss them a lot.

Hostel: I have not been to hostel, but i know that my friends who are hotelier are fine with the facility. In their room they have tv, cafeteria, wifi and ac. Room is spacious.

Overall: Dehradun i s a beautiful place to live and so is this college. Course is well formed and planned, there are many extra curriculum activities and college HOD, Directors has made sure that we have enough resources to study.

Placement: Placement is nice, one among all seniors has recently joined concentrix, which is through college placement. Highest package lastly heard from senior they mentioned was 6-7 lakhs an annually. Top recruiting companies which has appeared are Tech Mahindra, HCL. Internship details are shared by the faculty and we have to apply for the internship ourselves. Which is quiet absurd and hectic i guess, with this these moment prepare us for future competition. But if we ask for help regarding internship, teacher willing help us out.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, each course has there own block and canteen is good, library has enough books to study. Computer lab has enough computers and wifi system is good.

Faculty: They are highly qualified and very experienced teachers. They are have a great presence of mind and perseverance. They will always welcoming students for any queries and doubts if there. And the teaching style of each teachers is awesome. Well, almost all the faculty is strict about attendance and submission of practical to be made on specified date itself. Well! some give us breather if in case project is not completed on time and some do not, straight to reduction of marks.

Hostel: Hostel is good, Food is nice, geyser, fridge, TV facility is there in hostel. Medical facility is within campus. If We need anything special, can order online using amazon or flipkart. Hostel life is amazing, if we adhere to the timing of in and out.

Overall: Faculty, Infrastructure, ground, gym, canteen are nice. I have not face any problem, despite of attendance issue. Library and labs are clean. Mentors are available on online medium. Head teachers make whatsapp group and share their email address, if we want to send in our practicals of want to know something, they help us even after working hours. Some teachers are friendly. College is ragging free, in fact seniors are good. One of my senior has helped me during my practical exams and with notes and books. Hostel has TV, AC and wifi services, though it is pricey but it is worth it. I have till date not faced any problem.

Placement: Placement in this college is good, being a last year student i have reckoned that this college has good placement. Companies like Dabur, Patanjali and many small companies has arrived for the placement. The procedure is simple we, have to be presentable, we should be aware of our subject throughly and recruiters are strict about scores as well and our practical knowledge in subject and any research we have written. Many of them have applied in my batch and some of the has not applied for placement as they will study further for government exam or some are planning to study master in abroad. Lately, some of my friends are in fact studying in IELTS.

Infrastructure: The facilities were amazing in this college, especially the infrastructure is great, with proper classroom and hygienic washrooms and canteen and the library had books in abundance which we can issue for 15 days which really helped us during our exam time. Canteen is good, it has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, cold coffee, momos, noodles are delicious. And college has gym facility as well, after college hours student can come for fitness.

Faculty: And faculty member are good, you will feel like another home. well! i have up and downs with some because they are strict about attendance and practical and how we come in college i mean our dressing sense. Course curriculum is good, it has both equal amount of lab classes and theory. And visit is must, so far we have been to 3 visit. Faculty members teach us well, some use traditional method for teaching and some modern. BFIT is awarded as best college in agriculture studies that is why i have chosen to study in this college.
