BHU LLM Eligibility Criteria

To pursue an LL.M. (Master of Law) degree at Banaras Hindu University Varanasi, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants should have completed their undergraduate degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Additionally, candidates must have qualified the BHU LL.M. entrance examination conducted by the university. The entrance exam assesses candidates' knowledge in various areas of law, including Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, and International Law. Shortlisted candidates are then called for a counseling session, where they are allotted seats based on their performance in the entrance exam and availability of seats in the LL.M. program.

Overall: Empower your educational journey with our college's proficient faculty members. With a comprehensive curriculum and experienced Ph.D. holders, students receive unparalleled guidance to excel academically and professionally.

Placement: The quality of placement is goof at my college. Many students were placed. The highest package is 600000 per annum. The average salary offered is 36000 per month

Infrastructure: The infrastructure includes well-designed blocks, separate labs for every department, necessary equipment in labs, a library stocked with books, hostels for boys and girls and many other facilities.

Faculty: The teaching method are good and the classes are digital which makes it easy to understand. The class test are held after every month and semester are held every 6 months.

Hostel: Hostel facilities were also provided by the college. The hostel rooms were spacious and had a homely feeling. The mess food was pretty good and hygienic. Both veg and non-veg food are served there.

Overall: The University is situated in the holy city of Varanasi and serves as an attractive study destination for students hailing from the northern, southern, and even eastern regions of India. Banaras Hindu University came into existence in the year 1916. BHU has two campuses, comprises of 3 institutes, 16 faculties, 140 departments, 4 advanced centers, and 4 interdisciplinary schools. The best part is that the University has maintained a good track record of placements over the years.
