West Bengal state students who took part in the counselling procedure for the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) programs can now view their allocation results online at w bjeeb.nic.in/anm-gnm . WB ANM Mop-Up Round Seat Allotment Result 2025: Seat Confirmation Instructions

Candidates who have been allotted seats shall note these essential details for the seat acceptance process:
  • Seat Acceptance Dates - The seat acceptance window is now open and shall accept seat confirmation till December 16, 2025 .
  • Seat Acceptance Fee- Candidates who have been allotted seats for the first time should pay the seat acceptance fee online, for Rs 1000 to access the seat allotment order.
  • Allotment Order- Once the seat acceptance fee is paid, the Seat Allotment Order will be issued for candidates to download and carry while reporting to the institute.
  • Reporting to the Institute- Candidates must carry their original documents and report to the institute and confirm their admissions. Candidates should confirm admission before the deadline, as this is the mop-up round and there will be no further counselling rounds.

BM Birla College of Nursing, Kolkata does not offer a Diploma in Cardio Thoracic Nursing course but rather it offers a Diplomate course in this specialization. It is a DNB super speciality course that is taught in the institute for 3 years with practical training. There are two seats available in the degree course and students have to pass MS/ DNB in general surgery to qualify for admission. Further, the course is awarded by the NBE authorities and it is considered equivalent to post-graduate & post-doctoral programs. The BM Birla College of Nursing, Kolkata Diplomate in Thoracic Nursing course's first-semester fee is Rs. 90,000 per month, the second-semester fee is Rs. 1 L  per month and the third-semester fee is Rs. 1.10 L per month respectively.

B.M. Birla College of Nursing does not offer a Post Basic B.Sc Nursing programme. Instead, courses at B.M. Birla College of Nursing include a four-year B.Sc Nursing programme. Fees for B.Sc Nursing at the college is around Rs 1,75,000 per year. Students who have passed the Class 12 exam with physics, chemistry, biology, and English and with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks may apply for this programme. They also need to take the WB JENPAS UG exam.
