Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur Campus

At Harcourt Butler Technical University the students are endowed with modern infra and convenient amenities that make their life 'go easy' in college hours, alongside make learning more interesting. Some of the facilities include well ventilated classrooms, recreational areas, hostel facility for boys and girls, indoor and outdoor games, stocked library, seamless internet connectivity, medical facilities etc.

The institute is divided into east and west campus where east campus has mainly instructional buildings. East Campus has Two boys hostels (Lake View) and four girl’s hostels GH-I II III and IV and a few residential quarters. West Campus has three boys hostel, two Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College hostels along with a PG hostel and residential quarter’s for faculty.

HBTI Sports club conducts various inter college and intra college sports events to pioneer spirit of teamwork among the students. The college provides excellent infrastructure for Cricket, basketball, Volleyball, Football and various other sports.

HBTI Yoga club conducts various yoga sessions for students and during morning hours and on weekends to help students unite their mind, body and soul through meditation and make them feel fitter and more energetic.

HBTI Personality Development club helps the students in improving their overall personality and makes them well groomed and more confident for their bright future in the mighty corporate world.

HBTI Cultural Sub council is entrusted with the responsibility of exploring the realms of our cultural talents. The club helps the students in grooming their hidden cultural talents. National level events of HBTI {TAAL and ODYSSEY) are organised by this council.

The Literary club organises various discussion sessions, workshops and competitive events among the students. By reading about life in different cultures and societies, the student's understanding of the world gets enormously enhanced and they view themselves and their lifestyle with new eyes. It benefits them both intellectually and personally.

Photography club engenders passion in its practitioners, and like all great forms of expression creates opinions formed through experience and reflection.
