With a spacious campus of 500 acres, Manipal University has best infra structural and other resources to facilitate the overall escalation of its students with as much ease as possible. MIJM has well-resourced Jewellery developing workshops and annealing and casting labs with Vulcanize, Burnout, Wax Injector and Casting Machine. It has also got a design studio or gemology lab, specifically oriented to testing and grading diamonds and other gemstones. This lab is aided with Dichroscope, Loupe, Microscope, Refractometer and Polariscrope. A number of well-networked computer labs embracing the newest design software such as “RHINO” also exist for educating the students to use the latest technology in their field.
