The Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology campus is located in Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana. The PIET campus is far away from the crowded city. The campus has free Wifi connectivity and has all types of modern learning tools. The entire PIET classroom is fully air-conditioned with LED projectors for better education. The guest lectures, social programs, and other cultural activities are held from time to time in the auditorium of the Institute. PIET cafeteria serves all meals, beverages and a range of food items at reasonable rates for students, staff and faculty members.
PIET library provides full access to the students and faculty members with intensive electronic information with well-stocked books, journals, magazines, newspapers, and CDs. Furthermore, the library contains a digital section where one can receive circular-related information. The institute also provides its students with various other conveniences, such as conference halls, computer labs, auditoriums, gymnasiums, ATMs, medical facilities, etc.
Students at PIET are encouraged to select any game of their interest such as Basket Ball, Volley Ball, Hand Ball, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, etc. There are fitness officers available at PIET to take care of the student's needs. Yoga sessions are also held for the students to maintain a healthy mind and body. The Institute also provides the students with free first aid during the college campus at the working hours. And there are always qualified doctors in close proximity to the college.
Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are also available at the Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology with excellent facilities. Facilities that are provided at the MSEC’s hostels are study tables, pillow, bed, cupboards, mineral water, mess, medical check-ups, etc.
PIET offers a superb boarding complex to its students. The rooms are well- ventilated, elegant, cavernous and cozy. Two students stay in a room comfortably. There are adequate security arrangements for protecting the students from any untoward incident. The Hostel Superintendents cum Counsellors interact with the students amicably and Solve their intractable problems with astonishing ease. To keep the young technocrats abreast of the latest developments in the field of science, sports, politics, etc. the institute provides Dish Antennae connectivity in the boarding complex.
The boys’ hostel has the capacity of about 375 boys whereas the girls’ hostel can house 50 girls (can be extended up to 100). Hostels have Common Rooms, Gym, Badminton Courts, Volleyball ground and facilities for other indoor games. We are the first one in the region to have students from other countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and all are residing in the hostel with a feeling. A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Such a blend of different cultures provides an opportunity to our students to work and adjust in the multicultural environment which is a prerequisite to be successful in the era of Globalization.
The MET club organise a multitude of competitions and special lectures all round the year and work to encourage and mentor innovative student-led projects.

It provides a perspicuous platform to the past and present date to share their knowledge, experiences and opinions with the department. Staff members and students can mail their articles, poems, views, opinions, ideas, achievements, activities, events, photos and sketches to editors.
