Overall: As i mentioned it is NIT so the campus life is outstanding ,there are so many supportive friends and colleagues who are push you to grow your life .There are so many places here to hangout with your friends
Placement: Yes it is true 100% placement here since last 2 years this year also already 90 % students got placed and still running. last year average package was 11 lpa , median is 10.5 lpa and highest was 42 lpa by amazon but it was not in on Campus
Infrastructure: Due to national institute infrastructure so amazing . there are so many places are here for enjoying with friends . One fo the place called OAT is one of my favourite place in this campus
Faculty: faculties are very good in teaching skill as well as out side department ,our honourable Hod is very helpfull and they are not pressurize to students quite supportive.
Hostel: the food is not that much good what i expected from nit, i would say it is quite decent. 30k fee per semseter for mess and for single seater 10k and double seater 8.5k per semester and easily available
Overall: Placements are also not so good. Faculty is experienced but don't attend classes.Talking about hostels they don't have good internet connection.Timing of girls are also very much .
Placement: Mostly students get placement of average per annum package . Placement of Nit kkr is average students get placed with a decent package . Training and placement cell Blacklist many companies as they offer less package So company coming are now less and offering job is also less .
Infrastructure: Hostel are ok they have all facilities but water problem is very much .Poor appliances are installed.Lane problem and wifi problem is very much .Mess is good.Talking about adminstration building it is very good and new.classes are also good and ac are present everywhere. Many plants are planted within the college lot of fruit plants. All hostel and college classes and building are clean and well maintained.
Faculty: Some of the faculty are very very nice .They put all their efforts to teach students .But some are extremely lazy and carefree they don't care about students they put pressure on students to do all the syllabus on their own . Keeping some of the faculty professors beside rest professors are nice and put efforts. As a student their I can say overall faculty is good.
Hostel: There are 4 girls hostel and 11 boys hostel .Girls have 2 mess .Mess staff is very rude they don't even let your parents to eat the meal in free they will charge extra money from you. Water coolers are not cleaned weekly Very much problem of water in washroom and bathroom . Timing is made for girls( 5 am -8:30 pm) .Boys Hostel have a lot of problem of wifi and lane not working .Ac of common room only in girls hostel are also not working sometimes.
Overall: NIT Kurukshetra is overall a good college having a great placement, experienced faculties, well maintained classrooms, good facilities, best sports facilities and a peaceful and competitive environment.
Placement: The placements here are quite good. Cs/it placements are quite satisfactory. Companies like Microsoft, Adobe, Honda ,etc visit here everyear giving good opportunities to students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of NIT Kurukshetra is good and beautiful but can be improved. The classrooms are quite big but not big as IIT's classrooms. But administrative buildings, labs and activity hall are nicely build
Faculty: The faculty in NIT Kurukshetra are experienced and friendly in nature. The teachers here are highly educated and qualified from IIT's and nit's.Some of them are strict but mostly are friendly.
Overall: I liked the college on the basis of student experience, but if someone wants holistic academic excellence, then there is some scope of improvement in the college. Professors are sometimes not very punctual to take classes. Despite that, placements are good. Infrastructure is also good except some hostels.
Placement: Almost all renowned MNCs, India greats visit campus and hire students. Major profiles are from IT sector. Internships are also good in number. One can choose only one offer, then he has to revoke name from list.
Infrastructure: The classes are well maintained. 4 air conditioners in each class. Decent laboratories for each stream. Ground and gymnasium is also useful and well groomed.
Faculty: Not punctual, miss classes regularly. Even senior faculty dont listen to such problems. The guest faculties are much better as compared to the regular faculty. But mind that some of the professors are very much good but only a few.
Hostel: In first year you get a triple seater room, which is very much spacious. Wifi facility is there in each room. After 2nd year and onwards we had a single room for individuals. Mess food is decent
Overall: Don't choose communication system in this clg . Always take vlsi or embedded system. If you are from electronics and communication engineering branch. In electronic and communication engineering teacher don't give good marks
Placement: Each year and each branch gets minimum package of 20 lacs. Ghis year the highest package was of electrical branch and the company was Microsoft which offered 1 crore rupees as ctc
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good compared to other Nit or IIT or other colleges. This college provides good facilities for ever thing . It have a big campus
Faculty: This college have very nice faculty. Each faculty is very professional. Some faculty have masters degrees whereas some faculty have doctors degree. All are very expert
Hostel: This college have 11 hostel for boys and 3 for girls . Each hostel has a seperate name . Ghe best hostel for boys is H11 which name is Vivekananda boy's hostel.
