C Byregowda Institute of Technology Admission Latest Update

The GATE 2026 admit card has been released on the official website at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Registered candidates can download their admit card online. The examination will be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026, in two sessions each day.

The Karnataka PGCET 2026 dates for ME/MTech programmes have been released. The entrance exam is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2026, with the registration schedule to be announced shortly.

Karnataka PGCET 2026 exam dates for MBA and MCA courses have been released. The entrance test is scheduled to be held on May 14, 2026, while the registration timeline will be announced shortly.

C Byregowda Institute of Technology B.Tech Admission

Pass in 10+2/Higher secondary(HS)/Pre-university(PUC)/’A’ Level (with 12 years of schooling) or its equivalent with English as one of the language,shall have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in physics,mathematics and any one of the following i.e Chemistry,Biology,Bio-technology,Computer science,Electronics,Information science.
The candidates who belongs to Karnataka schedule caste,schedule tribe and other backward categories i.e 2A,2B,3A & 3B,the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% of marks in aggregate in the optional subjects in the qualifying examinations.

C Byregowda Institute of Technology M.Tech Admission

Candidates who have acquired BE/B.Tech/AMIE degree in Electronics & Communication/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Bio-Medical Engineering/ Medical Electronics/ Electronic Instrumentation Technology by securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate are eligible. However in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/Group 1 aggregate percentage of marks in qualifying examination should not be less than 45%. The admissions are through central counseling on the basis of merit in PGCET or GATE. GATE qualified candidates are eligible for scholarship through AICTE. A few seats are also available for sponsored and Management candidates.
