Faculty Development Program on Assurance of Learning for Academic Impact through NEP and OBE - Chitkara Business School is pleased to announce a One Week Faculty Development Program (FDP) on 'Assurance of Learning for Academic Impact through NEP and OBE', scheduled from 15th – 19th December, 2025. This program aims to build faculty capacity in implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and Outcome-Based Education (OBE), focusing on strengthening teaching–learning practices and achieving measurable academic impact. The FDP will cover sessions on curriculum design, innovative pedagogy, technology-enabled teaching, and accreditation frameworks. It is open to academic administrators, faculty members, teacher educators, and instructional designers, with a Certificate of Participation awarded upon completion.
