The students of Fashion Technology went to the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) on September 24, 2021. They visited the Apparel Made Ups and Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council to learn about the different kinds of industrial machinery and get a quick exposure of the working method in the fashion industry.
NSDC is a not-for-profit public limited company that was set up by the Ministry of Finance. It aims to promote skill development and develop the right models to support, enhance and coordinate private sector initiatives.

JCC Rohini Sector 3 organised a 3-day long faculty development program on "Qualitative Data Analysis using NVivo And Insights into Quality Publication". Interested faculty, research scholars and corporate professionals participated in the online program from August 02 to 04, 2021. The registration fee for this short online course was Rs. 600/- and the last date to apply was July 31, 2021. The entire course was hosted through Google Meet and at the end of the course, e-certificates were provided to all the registered attendees.

The former expert is a Director of Amity School of Communication, Amity University, Madhya Pradesh while the latter one is the Associate Professor of Marketing at the Pearl Academy, Delhi.
Informative topics such as identifying fake, cloned and predatory journals by using internet tools and criteria used to identify the fake journals were covered on the first day. The second and third days were very resourceful as qualitative research and NVivo as a qualitative research tool were discussed in detail. Participants were also introduced to the step by step process of How to use NVivo.
A documentary filmmaking competition for all the departments was conducted by the academic club of JCC-JCC on July 17, 2021. Interested students had to register themselves before July 14, 2021 by filling up a Google Form through a link that was mentioned on the official website of the institute. The topic of the competition was 'Technological Trajectory' and the sub-topics were Cyber Bullying, Social Networking, Mental Wellness, Loneliness, Isolation, Digital in Me, Online Education and Technology & Education.
To participate in the Documentary Film Making Competition, students had to form a team of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 people. The maximum time limit for the film was between 5-10 Minutes. The contest was held through an online mode and students had to upload their final documentary film on the link present on the official website. The winner was chosen from the entries made before the prescribed deadline.
