M.Plan	Rs 2,17,700	Graduated with a minimum of 60% in B.Plan from any respected institute. A valid score in the GATE entrance exam.
M.Des	-	Students must have graduated in any field from a recognized university. A valid score in the CEED entrance exam.
PhD	-	Master's Degree in Architecture / Planning or equivalent with a good academic record. Master's Degree in Technology and other relevant disciplines related to the built environment with a basic degree in Architecture/Planning will also be eligible.
