The ERP portal will be open from November 15–18, 2022, for students to submit their information for additional rounds of HBTU B.Tech online counselling. On November 21, 2022, these candidates are required to be present at the university for physical reporting. The newly enrolled B.Tech students who submitted their information for the HBTU Kanpur online counselling on October 26–31, 2022, on the ERP portal were required to physically report to the university on November 14, 2022.

For the newly admitted students for the first-year BBA course and second-year B.Tech (lateral entry) programme for the session 2022–2022, the registration portal was open from November 9–12, 2022. Everyone had to sign up on the HBTU portal.
