16th Convocation 2025 - Registration & Instructions for Graduands - The 16th Convocation will be held on 20th September 2025 in MGR Auditorium. All Graduands are requested to register through the 16th Convocation registration link on or before 13th September 2025. Spot registration is not allowed. A maximum of 2 persons (preferably parents) can accompany the Graduands. Parents will be seated in designated areas. Graduands must wear formal attire and collect robes, food tokens, and mementos from the registration counter. They should assemble at 9:30 am for the Graduands Procession and maintain silence throughout the ceremony. Mobile phones must be switched off, and photography is banned inside the auditorium. Convocation gowns can be collected at the registration desk by depositing Rs.600, of which Rs.500 will be refunded upon return of the gowns. Specific instructions for Ph.D. awardees and rank holders are provided, including registration links and assembly times.
