CLAT 2026 Registration (Ongoing): The Consortium of National Law Universities accepting the CLAT 2026 Registration forms through the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The Candidates must pass the Class 12 examination to be eligible for the UG course. Candidates belonging to the General category must have 45%, and those belonging to the SC/ST/PwD category must have 40% in their Class 12 to be allowed to sit for the examination. For the PG course, candidates must have an LLB degree. Candidates belonging to the General category must have 50%, and those belonging to the SC/ST/PwD category must have 45% in their graduation to be allowed to sit for the examination. No age limit to apply to both courses. 

AILET 2026 Registration: The registration process for the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2026 is now open for candidates aspiring to join the BA LLB and LLM programs at the National Law University (NLU), Delhi. The application window opened on August 7, 2025, and will remain active until November 10, 2025. Candidates can complete their application online through the official AILET portal, ie, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in, by creating an account, filling in personal and academic details, uploading the required documents such as a photograph, signature, and certificates, and paying the application fee. Eligible candidates are advised to register early to avoid last-minute technical issues. 

The Important GK Questions for CLAT 2026 account for 25% of the weightage and consist of 28 - 32 questions out of the total 120 questions in the CLAT 2026 exam. The CLAT GK section comprises Current Affairs and Static GK. Static GK consists of data and facts like historical events, geography, and basic texts that don't change throughout time. On the other hand, current affairs cover the most recent events and developments, usually those that have occurred in the last 12 months. The GK section of CLAT includes 4 - 6 passages and the questions based on them. 

The Important Legal Reasoning Questions for CLAT 2026 include passages and questions from different areas of law, such as contract law, criminal law, and tort law, along with some important principles, including the Doctrine of Precedent and the Principles of Natural Justice. The CLAT legal reasoning section will include 23 - 32 questions in total with a 25% weightage. 

TG LAWCET Phase 1 Seat Allotment 2025: Osmania University, Hyderabad will release TG LAWCET Phase 1 Seat Allotment 2025 on August 28, 2025. While the exact release time has not been officially confirmed, it is anticipated, following the pattern of the previous year, that the allotment list will be published around 6 PM, or by 8 PM in the event of unforeseen delays.
