Haryana (HSTES) B.Tech Admissions 2026- Eligibility, Selection Procedure, Dates, Seat Allotment, Document Upload

The official brochure of Haryana B.Tech admission will be released in May 2026, for B.E./B.Tech and B.Arch. Students can fill out the application form for Haryana B.Tech admission 2026 from May 2026 to June 2026. The Haryana B Tech Seat Allotment Result 2026 Round 1 result will be released in June 2026, while Round 2 was released in July 2026. 

Students from all across the state participate in the HSTEST 2026 counselling to get admission in BE/ BTech/ BArch programmes. Students in the Kashmiri Migrants (KM) and Haryana Government School Toppers (HGST) categories will be admitted to BE/BTech courses based on merit of percentage of qualifying exam through two online off-campus counselling sessions. If followed year-by-year, in 2021, it was regarded as Easy to Moderate, in 2022, it was Moderate, and in 2023, the question paper was stated to be Moderate to Tough. Further, in 2024, the paper was rated as moderate, and in 2025, it was regarded as Easy to moderate. In GATE 2026, it is predicted to be of a Moderate level of difficulty.

CollegeDekho: Which topics will have high weightage in GATE 2026 Civil Engineering?
Expert: Following the past trends, it has always been noticed that Geotechnical Engineering and Structural Engineering have always had the highest weighatge in Civil Engineering. For the BTech CSE placements at Geeta Engineering College, the placement success rate in 2022 was 80% and that in 2021 was 56%. The 2023 statistics have not been released by the college yet. The placements for the BTech CSE course are conducted by the placement cell of the college as per the various student reviews. The cell trains students through activities like mock interviews, group discussions, personality enhancement sessions, etc. More than 60 companies visit the college for Geeta Engineering College placements each year and hire 230+ students. Some of the top placement companies include Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, and, Wipro.
