About the speaker: Rohit Sharma is an entrepreneur and the co-founder and COO of Bizgurukul, a leading online educational organisation in India. On April 13, 2023, from 5 pm onwards GIBS Business School Bengaluru will be conducting an IRE Talk on the topic 'Speak Up and Stand Out: Building Dynamic Communication Skills for Today's Modern World'. Yash Tiwari has been invited as the keynote speaker. Interested candidates need to register themselves before the event. GIBS Bangalore cordially invites everyone to attend the upcoming Celebrity IRE Talk featuring Prathamesh Sinha as the keynote speaker. He is a renowned motivational speaker and Shark Tank fame who became well-known at the age of 12 after demonstrating his innovative self-learning gadget to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He continues to inspire others and is also a brand ambassador for Thinkerbell Labs. Prathamesh Sinha will share his inspiring journey of transformation and self-discovery on the topic "Turning Challenges into Opportunities." The event will be held on April 5, 2023, at 5 pm. 

Enchainer 2023 is a national-level management fest organised by GIBS Bangalore that brings together brilliant young minds from prestigious universities and colleges across the nation. In this fest participants showcased their skills and knowledge in various competitions. Enchainer 2023 was held on March 24 and 25, 2023 with more than 14 competitions in management, best manager, marketing, human resources, finance, business analytics, entrepreneurship, business quiz, CSR, public speaking, singing, dancing, and fashion Show. GIBS Bangalore had aimed to create a platform for young students through Enchainer to demonstrate their talents and prepare them for the competitive business world. In addition to the management events, the festival also features a range of cultural activities that showcase the participants' abilities in areas such as music, dance, drama, and art. 

On February 24, 2023, at 5 pm, GIBS Business School is organising the GIBS IRE Talk, as part of the IRE Talks forum. Master Avi Sharma, will discuss on the topic "Leadership/Management lessons from Bhagavad Gita and Ramayana,". He is a child prodigy, Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar awardee, motivational speaker, and author, among many other impressive accomplishments. Through the IRE Talk Forum, GIBS brings together inspirational speakers to deliver sessions on Innovation, Research, and Entrepreneurship (IRE). A panel discussion was held on September 14, 2021 by GIBS Bangalore on the topic Future of Works, Jobs & Careers- Learn How to Prepare Yourself for Corporate. GIBS Bangalore Ranked 28th by Higher Education Review Amongst Top B-Schools in India

The Higher Education Review conducted a survey for the best 100 B-Schools in India beyond IIMs and the Global Institute of Business Studies (GIBS) attained 28th rank in the list. This research was held to identify the top business schools that have the caliber to produce the leaders for the next generation. The core objective of GIBS Bangalore is to provide the right industry exposure, groom students, and transform them into future corporate leaders. This approach has worked wonderfully for GIBS Bangalore and it has maintained a record of 100% placement since its inception.

Students who registered and attended the panel discussion organised by the GIBS Finishing School Team were offered E-Certificate after the event ended. GIBS Bangalore allowed the interested students to register for the discussion totally free of cost. It helped the applicants to learn about the intricacies & challenges of the corporate world and how to face them.

GIBS Conducted Webinars on Contemporary HR Practices & The Impact of Digital in Today's Businesses

GIBS conducted two separate webinars on the topics namely 'Contemporary HR Practices' and 'The Impact of Digital in Today's Businesses'. These webinars were held on September 08, 2021, and August 27, 2021, respectively. The webinar on Contemporary HR Practices was hosted by Ms. Kalyani Upadhyay who is the GIBS Alumni & Experienced Hire Sourcer- Goldman Sachs while the other webinar on The Impact of Digital in Today's Businesses was hosted by Mr. Soumyadip Chakraborty who is the Head of Digital Transformation at Vikram Solar, Growth Hacker, Entrepreneur & Visiting Faculty at GIBS Business School. Attendees were offered an e-certificate after the completion of the webinars.

GIBS Bangalore Reports Best Placements with Top Companies & Highest Stipend of Rs. 1.15 Lakh

GIBS Bangalore has managed to present the best placement statistics for the 2020 & 2021 batches. The institute recorded 100% internships with top companies with an exceptional stipend of Rs. 1.5 Lakh for 2 months. This stipend was offered by a popular company called 3M Digital to two brilliant students namely CP Divyaja and Ria Kohli.

The placement for 2021 has seen a major improvement where GIBS Bangalore saw a 23% salary hike and the new highest domestic annual package has become Rs. 13.5 Lakh. The institute has maintained a 100% placement record since its inception and now over 600 companies offer employment opportunities to the students of GIBS Bangalore.
