Guru Nanak Institute of Engineering and Technology Admission Latest Update

The Maharashtra CET Cell is expected to increase the MHT CET 2026 application fee by ₹150–₹250 for around 19 entrance exams. Earlier, the fee structure was ₹500–₹600 for offline tests and ₹800–₹1,000 for online exams. The registration process for MHT CET 2026 is likely to begin in the last week of December 2025.

The JEE Main 2026 exam date and allotted exam city are set to be released in the first week of January through the advanced city intimation slip on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates can download the slip using their application number and password.

The MHT CET 2026 registration process is likely to begin in the final week of December 2025, in line with last year’s late-December schedule. For the first time, the exam will be held twice—in April and May. The PCM papers are scheduled for April 11–19 and May 14–17, while the PCB papers are expected to take place from April 21–26 and May 10–11, 2026.

  • Candidate has to secure minimum 45% marks i.e. 135 out of 300 marks for open category OR 40% marks i.e. 120 out of 300 marks for backward class category in the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM Group) added together. 
  • Candidate should have a valid score in MT-CET/JEE-MAIN in that particular academic year.
