Overall: Since this college is under Burdwan University, the CBCS exam format is used by Burdwan University. This is an extremely difficult course. I took this course because, despite the large syllabus and the short time frame of five to six months, it teaches students time management skills. Our year has an excellent staff-to-student ratio of 8 faculty members to every 25 students, and everyone gets along well. The majority of faculty members are PhD holders. They have a really soothing and beneficial teaching style. Exams are of a modest level, although they are frequently delayed due to university incompetence.
Placement: It is among Burdwan University's top government colleges. There is no documentation of the college's placement history. Since our college does not specialise in engineering, no such corporation visited us for placements. However, students, who pay attention in class, can make a difference.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college are excellent. It features excellent staff members who make things easy for the students, as well as lovely, roomy classrooms. There are also gaming facilities available. Given that it has more books from earlier editions than from more recent ones, it could expand the library's offerings.
Faculty: Skilled professors are committed to imparting knowledge to their students. Based on the idea that every student can learn, they take action. They handle pupils fairly. They are aware of the unique characteristics that set each student apart, and they incorporate these distinctions into their instruction.
Hostel: Jakaria Hostel and Kanailal Dutta Hostel are the two hostels here. A one-time registration fee of Rs. 3000 is required, and there is a minor renewal fee of Rs. 230 per year thereafter. Every month, lunch and dinner are served for a very low cost of Rs 2000.
