The Library serves the academic needs of about 2000 UG and PG students and faculty. The library resources stand at about 30,000 books, periodicals research journals, magazines, newspapers. The journal subscription goes beyond 1000.Digital library with access to numerous national & international journals and educational videos is provided along with a collection of over 1100 CDs of educational media. New books and editions are regularly added to update the collection.At present, the library is equipped with multimedia computers interconnected to rest of the computers of the institute. The automated library uses computerization for circulation of books and browsing of some journals. This facility has been very useful to the users.The library collection also includes a large section of expensive reference books, a large number of text book collection meant to cater for the courses running in the institute.
