Overall: I had to go through a rigorous selection process to get admission into the BA in Mass Media programme offered at Kumaun University Nainital. Everyone might some aspects of the university good and some bad but I suggest you never believe in the reviews available about the university on the internet. Reviews can be misleading so you must go through the official website of the university and try to visit the campus once before you make up your mind. Speak to the existing students once if you can. These were the steps I followed before applying for admission and I never regretted a single day of me crossing the university gate in the morning.

Placement: The students from Mass Media are offered great internship and placement opportunities by the university. The media and print companies that visit the campus during the placement season offer excellent average starting salary to the students.

Faculty: The teachers are highly experienced with some of them possessing over 10 years of teaching experience. They teach all the topics very carefully to ensure all the students - excellent, average and mediocre are on the same page.

Overall: I feel Kumaun University is the best university for those who wish to acquire top-notch skills to succeed in the job industry. Although the infrastructure of the university is average and there is a shortage of faculty members, the university attracts meritorious students from a variety of disciplines from all across the country every year.

Faculty: The quality of teaching, as well as the quality of teachers both, are exceptional here. The teachers have the ability to connect with every student at their own level and are very helpful in nature.

Overall: My overall experience at the Kumaun University Nainital was pretty good. mostly due to the fun-loving atmosphere of the university The faculty members were very helpful to us. Placements were good for graduates from certain disciplines. The university has still miles to go in terms of placements and industrial visits.

Placement: All the students, who graduate from Kumaun University Nainital are offered great placements in various reputed companies. Almost all the students get placed through the campus placement process of the university. The university placement cell guarantees 100% placement assistance to its students.

Infrastructure: Even though the university offers average infrastructural facilities to the students but certain departments such as the law department has excellent infrastructural facilities. Each department has its own classrooms, library and computer lab. The students are offered basic sporting facilities as well.

Overall: I spent the best years of my educational life at Kumaon University. one of the best parts about Kumaon University is the healthy coordination between the teachers and the students. It is really heartening to see such an amazing relationship between the teachers and students. Although some might feel the infrastructure of the university to be average, the crowd, locality and weather are always mesmerizing.

Placement: Kumaun University Nainital placement cell is pretty awesome and every year it ensures that all the students get excellent placement opportunities and placement assistance. Recruiters like Tech Mahindra, Amazon, The Leela, The Taj etc come to the campus for hiring students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure facilities are average but one can find all the basic educational facilities at Kumaun University Nainital. Air-conditioned laboratories, classrooms and halls, well-maintained hostels and wifi facilities are available at the Kumaun University Nainital campus.

Faculty: The faculty members of Kumaun University Nainital are highly qualified and are very adept at explaining the concepts and theories to the students in simple language. The professors use various participative methods to ensure the foundation of the students is best.
