October 08, 2025Ayurveda Praveśikā – Online Foundation Course Announcement - The Ayurveda Praveśikā course is now available as an online foundation course lasting over 10 hours, designed for beginners and wellness seekers. This self-paced course, taught in English, provides an introduction to the core concepts of Ayurveda, drawing from classical texts such as *Aṣṭāṅgasaṅgraham*, *Caraka Saṃhitā*, and *Suśruta Saṃhitā*. Participants will learn about the creation of the universe, the five elements, tridoṣa theory, and more. Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate. The course fee is 1500, and it is valid for one year. Enrollment is open now.
