However, internships in the final year, particularly at FSL, provided invaluable practical experience, paving the way for future career endeavors.

Overall: Opting for a course in HR, I recognized its significance as the backbone of any organization. While the curriculum is robust, integrating more live projects and industrial visits could enhance practical learning experiences. Nonetheless, our college hosts an array of world-class events and fests, providing ample opportunities for holistic development and networking. As a nurturing ground for future HR leaders, our college fosters talent and fosters professional growth.
