Mody University Admission Fees
Mody UniveINR ity charges a non-refundable application fee of INR 1,500 and a one-time registration fee of INR 5,000 at the time of admission. A refundable caution money of INR 15,000 is also collected, which is returned at the end of the programme.

Mody University Fee Refund Policy
Mody University follows a fee refund policy as per UGC guidelines. Students who wish to withdraw from a programme must submit a formal application to the Admissions Office along with their ID card, original fee receipt and dues clearance certificate. Refund amount depends on the time of withdrawal notice served to the university.

Conditions
- Caution money and security deposit are refunded 100% in all cases
- Admission processing fees and application/entrance test fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
- In case of 100% refund (Sr. No. i), up to 5% of fees paid or Rs 5,000 (whichever is lower) will be deducted as processing charges
- Students withdrawing after Sr. No. (v) are required to pay the semester fee in addition to the amount already paid
- Refund is processed via NEFT to the bank account of the student or parent
- No fee is refunded if admission is cancelled due to submission of false or fake documents or misleading information
Hostel Fee Refund
- For students who have reported on campus and then wish to vacate the hostel, fees are charged on a pro-rata basis up to the date of vacating
- For students who have not reported but paid hostel fees in advance, the full hostel fee and security deposit are refunded
