NIT Trichy M.Tech. in Material Science & Engineering - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2026

The fee for M.Tech. in Material Science & Engineering at NIT Trichy is 140000 INR. M.Tech. in Material Science & Engineering admission 2024 at NIT Trichy will be based on GATE, CCMT.

Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination from a recognized institute/University and must have secured 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (OC/OBC) or 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA (SC/ST/PwD) in the qualifying degree. Candidates must also have a valid GATE score to be eligible for admission to NIT Trichy's M.Tech programmes, with preference given to those with higher GATE scores and/or older GATE scores.
