PMIST Scholarships 2025 - Details, Eligibility, Amount

• Meritorious Scholarship (B.Arch):
  • Top Scorer in H.Sc. Exam (SB) and NATA Exam put together with minimum 85% of marks in H.Sc. Exam (SB) alone.
  • Top Scorer in H.Sc. Exam (CBSE) and NATA Exam put together with minimum 75% of marks in H.Sc. Exam (CBSE) alone.
• Rank holders Scholarship:
  • State Level & District Level Rank Holders in H.Sc. Examinations (SB / CBSE).
  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd Rank at District Level.
  • 100% scholarship in tuition fee & 50% in Hostel Fee.
• Merit Scholarship III A:
  • 95% of Total Marks and above in H. Sc. Exam (SB) / 85% of Total Marks and above in H. Sc. Exam (CBSE).
  • 90% to 94.99 % of Total Marks in H. Sc. Exam (SB) / 80% to 84.99 % of Total Marks in H. Sc. Exam (CBSE).
  • 85% to 89.99 % of Total Marks in H. Sc. Exam (SB) / 75% to 79.99 % of Total Marks in H. Sc. Exam (CBSE).
• Merit Scholarship III B:
  • 85% of Total Marks and above in Diploma Exam.
  • 95% in 5th & 6th semesters.
• Socio-economic Scholarship:
  • Poor Student with good marks (applicable on case to case basis)
  • Scholarship of up to 90% on tuition fee for poor students who secured more than 80% (above 960 Marks in 12th Standard), with the recommendation of the Scholarship Committee & the approval of Hon’ble VC.
• First Graduate Scholarship: Students should be the first graduates in the family.
• Periyar PURA Villages Scholarship: Students from Periyar PURA Villages (67 Adopted Villages).
• Scholarship for Students from Sister Institutions: Students from Sister Institution of Periyar Maniammai University
• Scholarship for Siblings of existing PMU Students: Brothers or Sisters of Existing PMU Students.
