FORE School of Management placement cell which is also known by the name FORE Career Division (FCD) plays a key role in helping the students connect to a prospective employer. The placement cell of FORE School of Management assists the students to acquire their desired job by providing them with a placement platform where the recruiters select students with relevant work experience from various specialisations. The FORE School of Management placement team is known to provide the best available talents at their disposal to the corporate giants which are mutually beneficial for both the job seekers and job providers. The placement team of FORE School of Management only invites those companies for Summer Internships and Final Placements which offers the right kind of environment for the growth of its students. The FORE Placement cell organises several workshops and training sessions which are attended by trained professionals and potential recruiters which enhances the basic understanding of the students regarding how the companies operate. The students are also taught how to prepare effective resumes to highlight the skill sets and work experience they possess. FORE School of Management placement procedure usually begins in the month of October every year and the process is initiated with several top recruiters and organisations visiting the Institute for Pre-Placement Talks (PPT).
For smooth conduct of the placement process, the Institute offers several facilities to the participating organisations including technical aids and airport pickup.
About 282 students participated in the FSM final placement in 2019. A total of 106 recruiters and 38 new recruiters visited the campus for providing placement opportunities to the students. There was an increment of 28% in the placement percentage as compared to last season. Around 12 International offers were made at 7 countries. Sector-wise placement for the 2019 placement season is 38% for BFSI, 22% for IT/ ITES, 12% for research and consulting, 13% for FMCG/ FMCD and 15% for the remaining.

FORE School of Management is well known for its outstanding placement record. It has once again shown its dominance in the final placements for the PGDM batch of 2015-17. The placements at FORE witnessed a tremendous response and support from over 100 companies. The placements witnessed the participation of 48% first-time recruiters. 95% of PGDM students at FORE bagged jobs in on-campus recruitment drive while 5% students bagged jobs by taking part in off-campus recruitment drives.
