KMIT Placements 2023 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

There is a placement cell at KMIT that manages all placement-related tasks. The KMIT placement cell organises on-campus or pooled-campus drives for the placement of final-year students and trains the students to prepare them in accordance with recruiter expectations. The cell also offers the student's placement training. The KMIT placement training includes resume preparation, group talks, simulated interviews, a communication skills programme, company-specific boot camps, and personality development training. Amazon, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, Salesforce, Darwin Box, Loyalty Juggernaut, Zemoso Labs, Ivanti, NCR, Experian, and other companies are among the institute's recruiters. 

KMIT Placement Process

• First, interested students are enrolled in Finishing School, KMIT's flagship curriculum.
• Students in their last year receive training from the Finishing School. The training programme contains distinctive industry-specific programmes, problem-solving abilities, technological know-how, soft skills, and certifications, among other things.
• For pre-placement meetings and candidate screening, recruiters are welcomed to the school.
• The Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology placement cell informs candidates who have been chosen.

The interview mocks consist of 5 steps such as -

The students have to enrol themselves in the flagship programme of KMIT which is known as Finishing School. The main objective of the Finishing School is to produce industry-ready engineering students. KMIT instituted a comprehensive Finishing School programme for its final year students. KMIT maintains a good placement record. Every year, students receive lucrative salary packages from reputed recruiters. The institute recently concluded its 2022 placement drive with 100% placements. 

During the 2022 placement drive, the highest salary package secured by the students of KMIT at Rs 44 LPA which was offered by Amazon. 102 recruiters participated in the placement process and 1063 job offers were made in 2022. Some of the major recruiters participating in the KMIT placement drives are Amazon, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, Experian, Darwin Box & many others. During KMIT summer internship placements 2022, 426 students received internship opportunities. The highest internship stipend received was Rs 1 Lakh per month which was offered by Adobe.
