Yes, P.N.G. Government P.G. College, Ramnagar, had opened its B.Sc admission for the 2025 session through the Kumaun University/Samarth portal (UG merit-based or CUET UG). The applications started on May 1, and the last date was around June 15, 2025. Merit lists were published on June 25, and counseling happened in July.

Now, the admission window is closed. They likely won’t accept fresh B.Sc applications anymore unless there’s a late spot admission round (which hasn’t been announced yet). If any late rounds or spot admissions come up, details will be shared on admission.gpgcramnagar.org or the main college website

Yes, you can get admission to distance learning courses at the college. The Uttarakhand Open University oversees the distance learning courses of the college including the B.Sc Biology programme. The Department of Open and Distance Learning System (ODL) has been established at the college itself. In general, P.N.G. Govt. P.G. College offers admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses based on a merit list. These courses are regular courses and admission to these courses are conducted as per the guidelines of Kumaon University.

P.N.G. Govt. P.G.College Admission form-filling process is in two steps, kindly follow the below steps:

Step 1: Submit an Admissions Application

• When you click the "Apply for Admission" button, a registration form will appear.
• Enter the Samarth Form No. and Mobile No. and press the " Search " button.
• Your basic details will be visible.
• Enter a new mobile number and email address (or use an existing mobile number) and then click the "Verify Mobile/Email Number" button.
• OTP (One Time Password) will be provided to your new mobile number and email address; enter the OTP and click the "Verify" button.
• Following OTP verification, the P.N.G. Govt. P.G. College application form will be displayed.

Step 2: Make a Change to Your Profile

• Update your Personnel details after Step 1.
• Enter your 12th/Graduation information.
• Choose your weightage (NCC, NSS, Sports, and so forth).
• Please upload the document.
• Take a printout of your application after it has been submitted.
