Hostel: Hostel facility is good. Quality of food served by mess is average but we used to get varieties each day. Overall cleanliness and hygiene is maintained here

Overall: So staring with the introduction, Rajendra institute of medical science is a government medical College and recognised as the best medical College of jharkhand.Being a third year mbbs student I can say it was my correct decision to opt rims over any other new AIIMS institute.The faculties,teaching standards all are according to Nmc guidelines. This college is not only academically great it also develops you in the field of sports as well. Annual event RCL in also organized every year for both girls and boys.College fees of this place,specially for girls is bare minimum. Moreover internship stipend given here is quite appreciable. Hostel fees is 7k for 2 years with single rooms. Placement: Rims being one of the biggest medical institute of jharkhand have a huge patient flow so you will get a huge bunch to practice on. And the more you practice, the more skilled you become
Infrastructure: Overall infrastructure of rims is good.However it needs some repair work
Faculty: Faculties you will get here are most of the known doctors of jharkhand with a lot of experience so they will not only give you academic lessons but will also share with you real life experiences. There is a reasearch wing also inaugurated previous year only.
Hostel: Boys have single rooms since the first year and girls get single rooms from 3rd year. Shared rooms are bigger than single rooms so you will not have to worry about it.
