Scholarships are rewards given to the students for their extraordinary academic performance. Institutions providing scholarships, shortlist students on the basis of their academic records and their financial background. For some students, scholarships may be based just on their family’s annual income. Not just to support the financial condition of the students but also to promote the essence of literacy and importance of education, scholarships are distributed by the institutions.
