Law College was established in the Name of BIHAR KESARI, Sri Krishna Singh popular in the name of Sri Babu (1887-1961) Was 1st Minister of Bihar along with the nationalists Dr. Rajendra Prasad and Dr. Anugrah Narain Sinha, he is regarded among the Architects of Modern Bihar.Sri Babu was chief Minister of Bihar from the time of the First Congress Ministery in 1937 until his death in 1961. The college is recognized under section 2(f) and 12 B of the UGC Act before 1956. The college is Permanent affiliated from B.R.A.Bihar University, Muzaffarpur Courses/Degrees offer by the college is LL.B three year and LL.B 5 year courses. Mission of S. K. J. Law College is 'to foster critical analysis by training students both in theory and practice so as to equip them with skills needed for facing global challenges with team work and human values.
