Annai Annammal Library, St. Anne’s College of Engineering and Technology is housed in a separate building located at the western side in the main campus. The total area of the Library building is about 400 sq. m. It has a seating capacity of 96. Our Library is equipped with a rich collection of books pertaining to various disciplines for issue and reference. Our Library has 9559 volumes of books consisting of 3448 titles, 102 back volumes of journals, 446 non- book materials, and 30 project works. Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. Tidy rooms and hygienic facilities make for an ideal stay away from home ambience. The hostels also have a recreation hall, multi-gym facility and provision for a variety of indoor games for the students. Students in the hostels have access to everyday conveniences including telephones and enjoy the luxury of watching a film every weekend. The mess facilities in the hostels are designed to meet international hygiene standards. Steam cookers and sterilised equipment are used to prepare wholesome, healthy food. A mineral water plant is operated within the campus and has a well-maintained RO facility. This water is used for cooking, drinking and is available throughout the campus. The college has a fleet of 12 buses to transport students and staff from various parts of the city and its neighborhood areas to the college and back home Transport facility will be arranged to every student. Every student is expected to avail the transport facility to enable him/her to be punctual to come to the college. Besides the regular scheduled trips, the facility is extended for occasions like after the college hour Special Coaching classes, Placements and Training, Visit to Local Industries, hospitals, NSS Camps, etc.
