Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

The National Testing Agency (NTA) of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India has released the NEET 2023 examination date on December 15, 2022. Students are required to appear for NEET 2023 on May 7, 2023, to be eligible for TRIHMS MBBS admission 2023. 

The schedule for TRIHMS admission 2023 to various programmes will be announced soon. TRIHMS offers admission to the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme, Diplomate of National Board (DNB) PG programme and a research programme. Aspiring students must qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2023 to be eligible for admission to these programmes. NEET 2023 will be conducted by NTA and the counselling process will be conducted by the  Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) Directorate of Higher and Technical Education (DHTE), Arunachal Pradesh. TRIHMS Admission 2023 Details

TRIHMS admission for 2023 will commence soon. NTA has released the NEET 2023 exam date to aware students to begin preparing for the exam. TRIHMS MBBS admission 2023 will begin after the declaration of NEET 2023 results. Tomo Riba Medical College Admission 2023: Important Dates 

Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences offers admission to the MBBS programme. The duration of the TRIHMS MBBS programme is four years and six months. One year of rotatory internship is compulsory for completion of this course. The total number of seats available for TRIHMS MBBS admission is 50. Out of which 15% of the seats are reserved for the All-India Quota (AIQ) and the remaining 85% of seats are allotted to the state quota. Students are required to qualify for the NEET 2023 and go through the state counselling process for Tomo Riba Medical College admission 2023. Eligible candidates are shortlisted and offered admission based on the marks secured in the entrance test. TRIHMS MBBS  Eligibility Criteria  

• The candidates must have passed class 12 with 50% aggregate marks in biology, physics and chemistry to be eligible to apply for the NEET UG 2023. 
• They have to qualify for the TRIHMS MBBS cutoff 2023 declared by the institute to be eligible for admission. 
• The candidates should have completed seventeen years of age on or before 31st December 2023.

TRIHMS MBBS Selection Process

• Admission to the TRIHMS MBBS programme is solely based on marks obtained in the NEET UG 2023.  
• Students have to score more than or equal to the minimum percentile declared by the institute to be eligible for admission. 
• In 2022, the minimum marks required for TRIHMS MBBS admission was 50 percentile for general, 45 percentile for general-PH, and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC and OBC-PH. 

TRIHMS MBBS Counselling Process

TRIHMS MBBS counselling for All India Quota seats is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and for State Quota seats is conducted by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education (DHTE), Gov. of Arunachal Pradesh. 15% of the seats are reserved for AIQ and 85% for State Quota. Students are required to register at the concerned official website to take part in the TRIHMS MBBS counselling process. TRIHMS Merit list 2023 

TRIHMS MBBS rank list of the eligible candidates will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in NEET UG-2022 and candidates shall be admitted to the MBBS Degree Course from that rank list only. The TRIHMS Merit list will be available at www.apdhte.nic.in or www.dmetrap.in. 

TRIHMS application process 2023 State Quota counselling is offline. Candidates have to download the TRIHMS application form for counselling and send it to the given address. Below are the steps mentioned to easily understand the TRIHMS application process for counselling. 

Step 1: Download the application form from the website www.dmetrap.in and fill out the required details.

Step 2: Pay the TRIHMS application fees in the form of cash/DD/banker’s cheque drawn in favour of Director of Medical Education, T&R, Govt. of A.P., NLG payable at Naharlagun or transfer through net banking as per the bank details:

H3: TRIHMS Application Fees 2023 

TRIHMS application fees for state quota counselling for NRI applicants’ is Rs 5000,  for ST/SC is Rs 500 and for other categories is Rs 750.                      

Documents Required for TRIHMS Application Form for State Quota Counselling

Attach the following documents with the application form for State Quota counselling: 

• NEET 2023 exam scorecard.
• Marks card of the qualifying examination (English Translated). 
• Birth certificate or proof of certificate for date of birth.
• Copy of passport and VISA to enter the Country (Student VISA, PIO or OCI CARD). 
• Proof of NRI status of student/Sponsor. 
• Numerical grade (equivalence) certificate of the qualifying examination.
• Recent passport size colour photograph (Ten Nos.) – same as NEET. 
• Sponsor’s passport-size photograph – one (colour) – same as NEET.
