VNSGU Placement Comparison 2025 vs 2022
- As per the VNSGU placement 2022 report submitted to NIRF, the median package for 2021 was Rs 1.10 LPA, which was 1.2 LPA less than the previous year.
- VNSGU has been witnessing a decrease in the number of students placed year-on-year. Around 890 students were placed in the year 2020, which tumbled down to just half at 444 students in 2021. The university has not released details of all the courses for 2022 placements, but only 325 students have been placed in 2022 in three programmes.
- There has been a steep decline in batch size versus student placement year-on-year, as well. For instance, for four-year UG programmes, 27 students were placed against a batch size of 34 in 2020, nine against 103 in 2021, and no student was placed in 2022 against a strength of 97 students.
- Placements for three-year academic programmes have observed some positive responses, as 96 students were placed with a median package of Rs 50,000 in 2021, compared with 65 in 2020 with a median package of 2.64 LPA.
