AIBE 21 Expected Exam Date: The Bar Council of India is expected to announce the official AIBE 21 exam date for 2026 soon. Based on past patterns, candidates can anticipate the exam to be held on the last Sunday of November 2026. Unless extraordinary circumstances occur then only the AIBE 21 exam date will be changed to the first Sunday of December 2026. The announcement of the exam date is likely to be made either along with the result or shortly after it. Although the BCI normally conducts the AIBE twice every year in May and October. However in 2025, the exam was held only once, on November 30. Similarly, for AIBE 21, the authorities are expected to release the complete schedule around August 2026, enabling candidates to plan and prepare effectively.

The AIBE 21 is a national-level law certification exam conducted for candidates who wish to practice law in India after completing a 3-year or 5-year law degree. Final-year students without any backlogs are also eligible to appear for AIBE 21. The exam is typically held in an offline, pen-and-paper format and includes questions from 19 subjects, to be attempted within 3 hours. Candidates must answer 100 questions in total, and the paper carries a maximum of 100 marks. Each correct response is awarded 1 mark, and there is no negative marking.
