Eligible candidates must register, complete the application form, pay fees, and upload their GPAT 2025 scorecard, B.Pharm certificate, passport photograph, and signature before the specified deadline. Applicants under the Service Quota must also submit a photocopy of the page of acknowledgement and other documents to the respective Controlling Officer. Admission will be via the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP), seat allotment on the basis of GPAT merit and preference of candidates.
