
Class 12 CBSE Geography Exam Analysis 2025: CBSE Class 12 Geography Exam for 2025 was held on February 24, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The paper this year contained multiple choice and case-based questions accounting for 50% of the paper and the rest were competency-based questions, following a revised pattern. The theory paper had a total of 70 marks and practical assessments accounted for the additional 30 marks, making a total of 100 marks overall. The long answer type questions in Section D were lengthy yet doable because they required memory recall of the concept. Also, the questions in Section E, based on the map, were not easy for most as they require exact geographical knowledge and proficiency in spatial awareness. Overall, there were 30 compulsory questions in five sections that tested everything from factual recall to the application of concepts.
