These tests are based on the CBSE sample papers pattern and provide information about the nature of questions, level of difficulty, and also how to manage time in the examination. The atmosphere created by board-exam simulation tests will, they say, help students overcome fear of examinations and 'gain confidence' before taking the finals.
Schools have introduced remedial classes for students who may require additional assistance, along with mock tests. Teachers are also analyzing test results to identify areas of weakness and are providing targeted assistance to students. "It is not only practice for exams but a learning enhancement that every child should clear crucial concepts, and it should help them in scoring more marks in board exams."
The Jharkhand Education Department has developed a three-month action plan from November 2025 to January 2026 for preparation to be guided. These consist of scheduled pre-tests, revision schedules, subject-wise sessions for practice, and continuous evaluation of monitoring. With this structured schedule in place, the schools plan to tether students and maintain steady upward progress with the exam looming.
As many as 13,704 students from 80 CM Schools of Excellence will be appearing for the CBSE 2026 board exams. This includes Class 10, as well as Class 12 students, who are being supported by their teachers. The effort is indicative of the state’s focus on boosting learning outcomes in public schools and providing students, especially those in rural areas, with equal chances to do well in academics.
