Development Management Institute or DMI, Bihar has announced an admission notification for Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Development Management for the academic session 2017-19. DMI was established on February 13, 2014, by the Government of Bihar.
PGP in Development Management offered by DMI is a full-time course, and the course is not being offered in either part-time or distance mode.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in DMI Bihar:
- The candidates must take a note of eligibility norms prescribed by DMI, Bihar
- For seeking admission to PGP in Development Management, the applicants need to have a Bachelor's degree with 50% of qualifying marks
- On the other hand, the applicants must have a valid score of ATMA / MAT/ CMAT / GMAT / XAT / CAT for applying
Application Procedure for Admission in DMI Bihar:
- DMI, Bihar accepts only those applications which are filled in online mode
- DMI has an official website, and the candidates can fill the online applications over there
- After visiting the official website, the candidates have to click on 'Admissions' on the homepage
- Instructions will be displayed, and the applicants need to read them carefully
- It is mandatory for the candidates to fill the column which indicates 'Why do you want to join PGP course in Development Management' in the application form

Selection Procedure for Admission in DMI Bihar:
The selection procedure involves four steps for shortlisting the candidates:
- 25% of marks will be taken from the score of the applicants in CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GMAT
- DMI conducts DMAT or Development Management Aptitude Test in which 25% of the score from DMAT will be taken into consideration
- 25% of marks are allotted for Group Exercise
- Personal Interview carries 25% of marks
- The names of the candidates will be shortlisted as per the marks they secure in the criterion as mentioned above
Important Dates for Admission in DMI Bihar:
- The last date for submitting DMI online applications is April 30, 2017
