The choice-filling link will be available on the official website tnmedicalselection.net.
It is important to note that the Round 3 choice-filling process will take place after registration and is open to candidates seeking upgradation, as well as those who are unallotted or did not join in the previous rounds. All aspirants must complete the DME Tamil Nadu NEET UG Round 3 choice-filling process by 5 PM on November 1, 2025, to be considered for seat allotment in Round 3.

- The choices submitted by candidates during CAP Round 2 will be considered null and void and will not be taken into account for Round 3.
- All candidates participating in CAP Round 3 are required to fill in fresh choices (preferences) for this round.
- If a candidate is re-allotted a seat in Round 3, the MBBS/BDS seat previously allotted to them in Round 1 or Round 2 will be reallocated to other candidates in descending order of merit, not in ascending order.
- Therefore, candidates must carefully select and prioritize their preferred colleges and courses, as the allotment will strictly depend on their newly submitted choices.
- It is mandatory for all candidates to fill and lock their choices; failure to do so will result in disqualification from the Round 3 seat allotment process.
- Once the choices are locked, no further modifications will be permitted. Hence, candidates should thoroughly review and confirm their preferences before final submission.
