The Governor of Rajasthan Kalyan Singh-the Chancellor of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT) has appointed Dr Uma Shankar Sharma, as the new Vice -Chancellor of MPUAT-Udaipur.
Before that, Dr. Sharma was the professor of entomology and studied in MPUAT and later served there.
Dr UmaShankar Sharma was also honored Fellowship Award from Common Wealth Education and Management administration. He was also honored by Governor of Gujarat, Dr Sharma extensively contributed in a number of national and international events related to research and education representing MPUAT.
His news of appointment as a vice chancellor is joyfully received by MPUAT staff and students.
