AP is providing a four-month free UPSC Prelims 2026 coaching for SC and ST aspirants. Applications are open online till November 26, and the Screening test will be held on November 30.

Free UPSC Civil Services Exam Coaching for SC, ST Aspirants: The Government of Andhra Pradesh has taken a huge step to help deserving students from weaker sections of the society by offering free coaching to SC and ST aspirants for the UPSC Civil Services Exam across the state. The scheme is intended to enable the candidates to attend high-quality training, coaching cum academic guidance for the country’s most competitive examination, which offers entry to various prestigious services like IAS, IPS, IFS and IRS.

The selected aspirants under this scheme will be provided with all fronts, free residential coaching, study material, mentoring, mock tests, library facility and expert faculty advisory. Recognised coaching institutions that have an agreement with the state government would conduct the programme. The scheme aims at increasing the share of Scheduled castes and Scheduled tribes in the national civil services by enabling rural and economically weak students to access best-in-class preparatory infrastructure.

Selection would be on the basis of merit and a screening test, and preference would be given to those with an excellent academic record and commitment to the public service. The candidates should be from the SC or ST category and should have the degree of bachelor from a recognised university. Those who are currently preparing for the Civil Services and fulfil the income criteria under the scheme can also apply.

A total of 340 applicants will be selected for this programme in three centres - Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Tirupati. The application is completely online, and candidates have to apply before November 26 . The preliminary examination will be held on November 30, 2025, and the final selection will be on the basis of merit only. The selected candidates will be given rigorous coaching for four months from December 10, 2025, to April 10, 2026 . This is not just academic training - it also includes free food and lodging and allows applicants to concentrate on studying.

Click on the link for Free UPSC Coaching 2025–26.
Sign up with your basic details, mobile number, and email ID.
Enter your personal, educational and category details in the online application form.
Upload necessary documents like caste certificate, income certificate, Aadhaar, degree mark sheets, and passport-size photograph.
Submit your application and keep the acknowledgement slip for your record.
