GUJCET 2023: Before the pandemic, the Gujarat Secondary Education Board (GSEB) used to release GUJCET notification in the month of January while the application process for it would generally begin by the next day. As the authority has already restored the pre-pandemic academic schedules this last year itself, no delay in the examinations is expected this year. Thus going by the previous trends for the release of notifications, it can be said that GUJCET 2023 notification will be released in the third week of January 2023. Here is a more detailed analysis of the same.
GUJCET 2023 Exam Date
In the table below, all the examination date trends from 2022 to 2019 are given:
Year | GUJCET Notification Date | Session |
---|---|---|
2022 | January 21, 2022 | Regular (Pre-Pandemic Schedule Restored) |
2021 | June 22, 2021 | Irregular (Pandemic Year) |
2020 | December 27, 2019 | Regular (Pre-pandemic Year) |
2019 | January 24, 2019 | Regular (Pre-pandemic Year) |

Note: It is also usually seen that the application forms begin a day after the release of the notification and remain active for submission until a month afterwards.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct JEE Main 2023 in the first and second week of April 2023. In order to allow candidates enough time for the preparation of GUJCET 2023, it is expected that immediately afterwards, GUJCET will not be conducted. Therefore, the examination might be delayed than the regular schedule of April second week.
GUJCET is an acronym for Gujarat Common Entrance Test. It is an entrance examination conducted for admissions into undergraduate engineering and pharmacy programmes.
