HTET 2024 Registration Begins: The Board of School Education Haryana has released the link for HTET 2024 Registration. Eligible candidates are invited to register themselves before the last date, November 14, 2024 . The detailed exam pattern and eligibility criteria are discussed here for the reference of the aspirants. HTET 2024 will include exams for three levels: Level-I for Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Teacher (PRT), Level-2 for Teacher for Classes VI-VIII: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Level –3 for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT).

HTET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates shall refer to the detailed eligibility criteria here for all levels:

Levels	Eligibility Details
Level-I: Primary Teacher (PRT)	Candidates must have passed or participated in the last year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education and have graduated Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% of the possible points. A minimum of 50% in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) is required to pass the last year of the four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) program. Passing the last year of a two-year diploma in education (special education) with at least 50% of the possible points is required for Senior Secondary (or its equivalent). Graduation and passing the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Senior Secondary/Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the topics, or appearing in the final year of these programs.
Level-2: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)	A bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least 50% in the topic being taught as a teaching subject or as an honours course in BTC, JBT, D.Ed. (Diploma in Education), or D.El. Ed. Four years of elementary education bachelor's degree (B.El.Ed.) with a minimum of 50% in social science Bachelor of Arts in Education (BA.B.Ed.) with a minimum of 50% in Social Science and a bachelor's degree in any two of the following fields with a minimum of 50% overall.
Level –3: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)	Matric with Hindi or Sanskrit or Senior Secondary/Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects, as well as a B.Ed. from an accredited university and a Post Graduate Degree in the relevant field with at least 50% of the possible points Consistent performance in school.
