ICAR AIEEA Counselling 2022: The registrations and choice filling for the counselling process began on December 09 online at icaiexam.net. The last date for registration for December 15 while for choice filling, it is December 16. Only those candidates who register for ICAR AIEEA 2022 counselling and confirm their option choices within the given date will be considered for seat allotment in further rounds. It is to be noted that no choice filling/fresh registration window will be provided until the end of round 4. New registrations and choice filling will solely be considered again in the final mop-up round.

All seat allotments from rounds 1 to 4 will be based on the choice sequence entered now. Therefore, it is essential to enter the choices in the most appropriate manner. Important guidelines to be considered while submitting the institute preferences are given below:

• During the choice filling, only those programmes/universities the candidate is eligible for will be displayed as the overall list of options.

• Candidates will have to shortlist their preferred options from this list. It is advised to add the maximum number of options as only the choices entered at this stage will be considered for allotment. No additional university or programme will be considered.

• The shortlisted options will then have to be set in the order of preferences. At this stage, candidates can add, modify, and delete any options as required any number of times.

• After adding the preferences will have to lock their preferences before the last date. If not locked voluntarily, the most recent choices as saved on the portal will be auto-locked once the deadline is over.

• The choice preferences can be saved and edited any number of times before the given deadline or until the candidate locks the choices.

• The choice filling is a mandatory activity to be considered for seat allotment. Registered candidates who have not submitted their option choices will not be allowed for further counselling rounds (except the mop-up round).

• The choices must be entered in decreasing order of preferences i.e., the most-preferred university-programme combination must be given preference #1 and so on.

• The candidate will have to keep a printout of the option form as it will be required at the time of admission.
