IIT Kanpur Ph.D, M.Tech and M.S. Courses Admissions to Open on November 3

Apply for Ph.D., M.Tech and M.S. courses at IIT Kanpur from 3rd November onwards. The last date to register and apply is 17th November 2017.
Interested applicants should have a valid GATE score or should have attained the JRF tag.

Indian Institute of Technology (Kanpur) has released the admission notification for the Post Graduate (PG) and Ph.D. courses for January 2018 session. The online registrations will begin on November 3, 2017, while November 17, 2017, is the deadline to complete the registration and application submission process.

Eligibility for Ph.D. Courses at IIT Kanpur: -

Master’s in Engineering is mandatory for seeking admission to Ph.D. (Engineering).
For Ph.D. (Management), Master’s degree in Management is mandatory for all the applicants.
For seeking admission to Ph.D. (Science), the applicants must have Master’s degree in relevant subject.
For Ph.D. (Humanities and Social Sciences), Master’s degree in Engineering or Master’s degree in Science is mandatory.

Eligibility for M.Tech & M.S Courses: -

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) is mandatory for seeking admission to M.Tech course offered by IIT Kanpur.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) is mandatory to seek admission to M.S course.

GATE score is mandatory for all the applicants of Ph.D. and PG courses. If Ph.D. applicants have qualified JRF, GATE score is not necessary.
