- Original SSLC/THSLC certificate or equivalent examination
- Original ITI/VHSE/KGCE Mark list/Certificate to avail reservation
- Original Mark sheet of qualifying examination SSLC/ THSLC or equivalent along with a Photocopy
- Certificates to prove nativity as Keralite
- Original of the Community certificate for SC/ ST category
- Valid Non-Creamy layer certificate from the authority to avail Community reservation in case of SEBC
- Physically challenged candidates must produce the original certificate of disability issued by the Medical Board and fitness certificate from the Medical Officer
- Candidates who want educational fee concession must produce an original income certificate
